I stumbled along Melanie by accident and I'm so glad I did! As someone with anxiety, planning a wedding was honestly the last thing i wanted to do. I was overwhelmed and confused. From the first email Melanie was the calm assurance that I needed.  She gave me the steps of what we needed to do, outlined it perfectly and helped it all seem doable. 

The first video chat was excellent, so glad she was flexible to do it via zoom. We got along so well - I had planned a 'sneaky geek' wedding and all the quirks I told her were welcomed and

celebrated. When we met up, she had all the legal documents set. She made my partner and I feel so calm, allowing us to be excited not stressed. 

The script was amazing, she had used bits of our life story I didn't even remember talking about. Reading our favourite memories being brought to life in the draft and then hearing them on the day was beautiful. Melanie was patient, especially when we took ages to do our own vows and check the script but she kept us on time. 

On the day, she found us for the signatures- I didn't need to worry about it, she just popped up! The ceremony went by beautifully, people commented on her and having her do the music added ease. I also loved the chair and table set up - the pen was a nice touch. 

After the ceremony, Melanie still helped me with my name changing questions well after the wedding. 

Overall stoked and couldn't recommend her more highly.

We spoke about how we would like our wedding to go and she just added the finishing touches to it with so much love and care. Melanie was an amazing celebrant from the moment I contacted her she communicated about everything I needed and from the start was very warm and kind. I loved that she asked to meet to go over everything and asked questions to really get my ideas down about the naming day ceremony I wanted.

Her business is so professional and she provided all the documents & information I needed. She communicated from start to finish and was always there if I needed to update or make changes.

The poems she provided to choose from were very sweet and resonated with what my family and I wanted to share with my daughter on the day.

The day was so great and memorable and Melanie spoke so well and everyone commented on how great a celebrant she is. Thank you so much Melanie for making our naming day so special.

I also booked my cake through Melanie and she did a wonderful cake and cupcakes that were created just from what I had in mind for the theme of the day.

Melanie is an amazing celebrant!  From the moment we spoke with her, she made my husband Luke and I (Cheryl) feel very assured that the ceremony was going to go smoothly. She knew the chapel pretty well and took time to explain in detail how the wedding would be like. She went  the extra mile to ensure that she was familiar with all the names and pronounced them correctly and was very quick with drafting the script which allowed us sufficient time to review.

Melanie encouraged us to have a rehearsal and we were very glad that we had the rehearsal which prepared us for the actual day. On the day of wedding, Melanie spoke very well, our families from different countries were able to understand her very well.
